- Create your own post. To do that, select the “+ New” menu in the bar above. Then select “Post.” This will bring up a new post. Enter a post title which must contain your last name. Possibly: M3 (Stickel)
- You need to associate your post with the corresponding Module Category (M3, M5, etc.) when you create your post. These are located on the right side of your screen. Just click on the corresponding box.
- Once complete, be sure to select the button “Update” or “Publish” on the right side

- Describe a job you have held in which you were very satisfied and had a good attitude about your work. What factors caused you to be so satisfied and happy? How will you use (or how have you used) this experience as a supervisor?
- Describe a job you have held in which you were very dissatisfied and had a poor attitude about your work. What factors caused you to be dissatisfied and what could management have done to increase your job satisfaction?
